Black Cow Bistro is a new development from the Stillwater team. Principals Craig Will (Head Chef), James Welsh (Sommelier) and Bianca Chellis (Front of House Manager) are the next generation to lead this exciting new venture.
Craig, a local Launceston lad, trained and qualified in Tasmania, has been working in interstate kitchens for the last 8 years to enrich his culinary experiences. He returned to the State in 2007 to work as Second Chef in the highly acclaimed Marque IV Restaurant in Hobart.
James and Bianca have been working at Stillwater River Cafe, Restaurant and Wine Bar since 2006 and have earned their stripes as key front of house staff. James's knowledge and passion for wine has lead him into the sommelier's role under our passionate tutelage.
These exciting young hospitality stars are leading the Black Cow Bistro team.
